On the first floor: former library (12 sq.m.) with a fine view to the river Elbe, ceiling fresco, double bed 1,40 x 2 m, bathroom with shower - 1 person 65 €, 2 persons 75 €	Prices per room including taxes (except lodging tax per adult) Higher prices for short stays at week- ends or holidays on request. Reduction for children together with 2 or more adults in the room 12,50 € We offer a substantial breakfast for 9 € for each person (children 6 €). Use of the kitchen, the fireplace and the garden are included in the price. Free internet access (DSL, Wi-Fi). parking 2 € per day. Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. Pets are not permitted because of people suffering from allergies. Fees in case of cancellation: 10% of the price for the accommodation until 46 days before the arranged date of arrival, 25 % from 45 days before arrival, 50 % from 30 days before arrival, 75 % from 15 days before arrival, 90 % from 7 days before arrival. We recommend you purchase a travel cancellation insurance.
